• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means features such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion mechanisms available to users.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
3. You are accessing the Platform for lawful purposes only;

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the applicable Operator's license conditions. The use of the Platform by individuals under the minimum required age is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

5.1 Registration Process

5.2 KYC / AML Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 998com and/or the Operator may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport or proof of address, before deposits or withdrawals can be processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of your Account and/or withholding of funds pending verification.

5.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.4 Account Suspension and Termination

998com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure of KYC verification, or activity inconsistent with responsible gambling guidelines.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallets such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. These references are provided as contextual information only. 6.2 Currency

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

6.4 Transaction Security

The following rules govern the placement of bets and participation in games on the Platform:

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirmation. Errors made by the User at the point of bet placement are not grounds for cancellation.

8.2 Sports Betting Markets

The Platform covers a range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, international football and combat sports including UFC. 8.3 In-Play / Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are available for selected events. Odds during live markets are updated in real time and may change rapidly. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving data feed disruption, suspicious activity or technical error.

8.4 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided at the Platform's discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, rule breaches or where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed. In cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the User's account.

8.5 Casino & Game Rules

Rules specific to individual casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, live dealer games, slot games and jackpot mechanics — are published within each game interface. The RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative category averages unless specified otherwise for a particular game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and presentation of the Platform ("Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to 998com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Content without prior written permission;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without express authorisation;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 998com provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• 998com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• 998com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• 998com's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 998com is an information platform — not a guarantor of any particular outcome or financial return from any gambling activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in the User's jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has its own gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring a right to engage in online gambling in contravention of applicable Pakistani law.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's jurisdiction provide otherwise.
